Chiropractic is recognized as one of the safest non-invasive manual therapies. It requires no drugs or surgery and enables the body to heal itself naturally. Chiropractors excel at diagnosing and treating neuromusculoskeltal conditions and are most known for performing spinal joint manipulation called an adjustment. An adjustment restores proper movement to a joint that was previously stuck, restoring proper biomechanics to the body. The increased movement allows your nervous system to become more active, stimulating muscles and other tissues. Traditionally, Chiropractors are known for adjusting the spine; they can however treat all joints including wrists, hips and shoulders.

ART® is a state of the art form of soft tissue therapy that incorporates manual pressure and patient movement, each treatment protocol is specific to a certain muscle to maximize the treatment's effectiveness. It is used to treat problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. The treatment targets adhesions that form between these structures, helping treat the muscular components of sciatica, carpal tunnel, headaches and more. It is the gold standard for repetitive strain injuries.

A combination of these therapies address joint and soft tissue dysfunction. Our Chiropractors use both to maximize function and recovery.
